Lucile Haefflinger (1996) was born in the north of France. They grew up with their hands in the dirt and the leaves, caring for the smallest specks on the floor. They are now based in Bow where they paint and sculpt from observation. They express the alienation of experiencing their own body in relation to their surroundings and other non-human beings. They want to reveal the small and the unseen through their work.
