Such a gentle surprise this work. The beautiful awagami paper was mounded around a wood block and created these beautiful creases and marks that somehow created a space for this little-big landscape to arrive.
 
I live on Jagera and Turrbal country in Australia. In my work I push materials into unusual places and strive to get out of the way, see if I can surprise myself and hopefully others! Making work is the main way I get all the things inside and outside together in one place, seen.
