This work has so many layers and little stories happening. The yellow centre was insistent and as I was working reminded me of a torch or a flame. It could be many things but it made me think of the power of a candle in a window when there is only dark.
 
I live on Jagera and Turrbal country in Australia. In my work I push materials into unusual places and strive to get out of the way, see if I can surprise myself and hopefully others! Making work is the main way I get all the things inside and outside together in one place, seen.
