‘Mine oh mine’ is the  smallest one in a series of painting of healing and protective objects. This smooth object fits in your hand and  it is painted  life size . It is painted on  wooden block  which turns the painting into yet  another kind of object.
 
Mirja Oksanen is Sussex based painter of still life images and interiors. Mirja studied sculpture at RCA and her interest is in objects and their qualities.  Her paintings are set in domestic interiors, attempting to  follow light in every day settings.
