Pushka (b. 1980, London) is a painter exploring states of flux between likeness and distortion, memory and absence, body and landscape. Using rich materiality and psychological charge, his work transforms personal experience into archetypal imagery. A Turps Studio graduate, he runs Canal Boat Contemporary.
